Pretty Green

Pretty Green was founded in 2009 by Liam Gallagher as his passion in life had always been music and clothes. Gallagher had obviously already hit the top in music and now wanted to do so in clothing so he launched Pretty Green.

The clothing range includes T Shirts, Jackets, Polo Shirts, Jumper, Scarves, Shirts and more. Although Pretty Greenhas only been around for 2 years it’s rapidly becoming one of the most popular clothing labels around with the young trendy lads and old oasis fans alike.

Stocked in best stores and web stores around the UK Pretty Green is now standing up against the other established fashion clothing brands that fashionable lads have been wearing for years. Whereas once it would have been Lacoste, Lyle and Scott or Ralph Lauren for many there first choice of clothing is now Liam Gallagher Pretty Green.

Penfield clothing has become a huge success in the fashion world within the last year. Although the brand has been around for many years it has ballooned quick and is now seen as one of the coolest labels about.

The success of Penfield clothing is probably down to the great design and style of its products and the value for money. Penfield jackets stand upto the other brands out there and for a fraction of the cost of what some brands charge.

Penfield also has heritage which is what a lot of customers want to be buying into these days, they want a bit of history and not just an item of clothing.

Penfield at Not Addicted

The new Penfield collection has landed at www.not-addicted.co.uk  and it’s the best collection we’ve seen from them by far with some amazing jackets at give away prices.

We’ll get straight into the jackets there’s the classic Gibson in Navy and a truly amazing Heritage Blue, Lockwood in Light Khaki and Vassan in 2 tone Ecru/Ink. There’s some new style jackets the Sconset in Navy, Barnstable in Burnt Orange and Holbrook Lightweight  Waxed Cagoule in navy.

Velour Spring/Summer 2011

Another Scandinavian brand have delivered the new Spring/Summer Stock to www.not-addicted.co.uk  ,  this time it’s Velour.

Simplicity is always a key to the easy wearing styles of Velour and this season is no different. 3 great jackets are the Harold Short Parka in Navy, Ethan in Beige and Jerome Fishing jacket in Navy.

YMC Mens Clothing

 

YMC recently staked a claim for a slice of the East London fashion pie by opening a new shop around the corner from Brick Lane. It’s the sister store to their flagship in Soho and an altogether larger space with an industrial aesthetic more befitting of it’s locale. White tile walls with the mannequin lay prone on what looks like a mortuary table suggest a somewhat clinical feel but this is offset by the wooden displays and numerous bits of vintage paraphernalia.

Amongst one set of displays, like the first shoots of Spring, is a small range of their S/S collection. What immediately stand out are the prints, which are implemented across both Mens and Womenswear but in very different directions (shirts for the boys, dresses/blouses for the girls). Amid the archetypal YMC detailing, nautical influences are evident in the strong stripes across the collection and fisherman’s style raincoat. Denim shirts continue the tradition of YMC’s workwear heritage.

All in all as you’d expect from YMC a great store full of great clothing!!!
